What is Dayan Qigong
Dayan Qigong is an ancient Chinese martial art for health and longevity.
"Dayan" means wild goose. "Qigong" means the
practice of qi. It is a complete set of exercises including warm
ups, meditation, self massage and 64 movements.
Dayan Qigong
promotes health and immune function, increases energy, flexibility
and balance, and reduces stress. It is part of traditional healing
