USDOE Financial Aid Application Sites
Anybody for whom the federal financial aid PIN number has not been generated can now have one created at this site by supplying basic identifying information. Once created, the PIN, when used, along with the applicants identifying data, allows access the applicant's financial aid data in several student federal financial aid systems and may also server as that person's signature.
